We, the St. Vincent de Paul Society, are grateful to you, the parishioners of St. John’s Church for your generosity at the Fifth Sunday’s Sec- ond Collection. Every dollar goes toward helping those less fortunate and in need. Because of your contribu- tions you were able to help a young woman who has the sole responsibility of providing care and shelter for her parents and dying husband and who fell short on the rent for April. Because of you, her rent is paid up. She asked that we thank you and know how very grateful she is to all of you.
May God bless and reward all of you!

We will be celebrating our Confirmation Mass with Bishop Michael C. Barber, Sunday, May 27, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. We ask all our parishioners and community to keep our Youth Confirmation Candidates in your prayers as we get closer to this wonderful event. May they continue to grow in their faith as they walk with God on their journey and may the Holy Spirt guide them and protect them.
During this wonderful event as we try to accommodate all who attend with space and parking, we ask that you to be very patient or attend one of the other weekend Masses. Please note that we also have parking space in the High School parking lot on Ashland.
